We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Contract Data Entry Clerk for an entry-level, 4-month contract role. This position supports our contract management process and requires a hybrid work arrangement in The Woodlands, Houston, TX.
Key Responsibilities
The contractor will perform the following tasks:
Email Management:
- Review notices and tasks received in the Outlook Inbox.
- Accurately log all relevant information into a SharePoint list.
Client Communication:
- Draft and send emails to internal business unit clients to request approval for contract renewals.
Status Updates:
- Respond to inquiries from business unit representatives using information from the DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and other internal tools.
Contract File Organization:
- Clean up and organize electronic legacy contract files for better accessibility and compliance.
Qualifications
- Entry-level position; prior experience in contract management, legal, or data entry roles is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, such as DocuSign CLM, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly for drafting professional emails.
